Gole\u015fti Museum launches the 13th<\/sup> edition of the international competition for drawing and painting with the theme Animals from the grandparents’ yard<\/em><\/strong>, for young artists with maximum age of 19 years.<\/p>\n

The requirements for application:<\/p>\n

1). Maximum age<\/u>: 19 years old, fulfilled until the end of 2023<\/p>\n

2). Theme<\/u> – Animals from the grandparents’ yard.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

3). Identification texts<\/u>: Every entry should carry the following information in English and in Block Letters at the back of the painting \/drawing[1]<\/a>:<\/p>\n

– First name<\/p>\n

– Last name<\/p>\n

– Girl or boy (sex)<\/p>\n

– Date of birth<\/p>\n

– Full postal address and e-mail address (street, city, no., country etc.)<\/p>\n

– Artwork title with explaining text of the subject depicted in the painting (at least two phrases).<\/p>\n

– Mentor\u2019s name<\/p>\n

4) The works must be 30\/42 cm. Works of other sizes are not accepted. Each child must submit only one paper respecting the mentioned theme.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5) The allowed number of paintings that can participate in this competition is 20 paintings\/school\/organization. Its should not be mounted\/framed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6) All packets should be pre-paid adequately, stamped and mailed directly to reach:<\/p>\n

Please write on the envelope: NO COMMERCIAL VALUE.<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

7) No entry will be returned.<\/p>\n

The copyright owner can no longer use the work, for an unlimited period and for the territory of Romania, clause agreed with the transferee and can no longer transmit this right to another person. The copyright owner authorizes the Gole\u0219ti Museum, free of charge, to use the work by: reproduction, distribution, the rental or loan of the work, by any means including the making it available to the public, so that it can be accessed at any place and at any time individually by the public, the broadcasting of the work, cable retransmission of the work and the production of derivative works.<\/p>\n

8) The last date for receipt is August 31, 2023 (stamped in your country).<\/strong><\/p>\n

9). Results will be announced until November, 2023. The winners will be notified personally by mail or e-mail. Paintings will be judged by a commission of experts (artists, art critics, curators, etc.).<\/p>\n

10) The following prizes are offered:<\/p>\n

– Grand Prize, Romanian category,<\/p>\n

– Grand Prize, foreigners category;<\/p>\n
