Between August 13 and September 30, 2024, at the Golești Museum you can admire the “Painted Prayers” exhibition by the amateur plastic artist Adrian Albu.
In love with charcoal and color, Adrian Albu uses them to beautify objects and spaces, to express his inner feelings and thoughts and to offer viewers moments of beauty and joy.
Mr. Albu started painting about 20 years ago, embellishing various pieces of furniture with traditional Romanian or Saxon motifs. They also reached abroad as ambassadors of our cultural area.
An artistic and sensitive soul, Mr. Albu also tackled iconography, painting torches, chapels, cells and icons.
