National Scientific Communications Session, LXXXVI edition, Goleşti Museum 2025
The Goleşti Museum of Viticulture and Fruit Growing organizes on October 24 and 25, 2025 the LXXXVI edition of the National Scientific Communications Session, which brings together over 60 researchers and specialists from the museum and educational world from all over the country.
Within this highly professional event, the best specialists in the fields of history, restoration, conservation, museology, ethnography and ethnohorticulture from the country present the most recent research and documentation works in these fields.
The Scientific Communications Session at the Goleşti Museum is a national recognition of the museum world in Argeş County, confirmed year after year by the big names of Romanian museography who participate in this event.
The Scientific Communications Session at the Goleşti Museum begins with greeting messages from the representatives of the Argeș County Council, from the museum managers who have confirmed their participation, and from the university professor, PhD, Ioan Opriş, a true coryphaeus of Romanian museology.
On the occasion of this event, the Goleşti Museum opens the masterpiece exhibition Ostrich Egg. Metamorphosis of Matter, by the plastic artist Mariana Andone-Rotaru, and presents the specific household of the locality between the apple trees of Rădășeni, a household that brings back, by re-establishing the visiting circuit, the architecture specific to the northern area of Moldova, but also precious information regarding traditions, customs, crafts and folk art from the 19th century.
